Log into your Customer Account using the person icon at the top right of any page. Your Unique Referral Code and any Referal Rewards can be found on your Profile page!

Once you've found your unique referral code, you can share it with a friend or family member via text, email or a private message.

We request that you do not share your referral code on coupon sites, referral code websites, your public social profiel or and other public forum. We reserve the right to cancel any purchase or reward associated with a publicly shared referral code.

You will receive your referral reward via email as soon as your referred friend completes an eligible purchase.

Yes, there is a minimum spend of $495 for a referred friend or family member.

The referring customer (aka YOU!) can stack your rewards and spend them as you wish on a second NooK, one of our comfy Cloud Cushions or a NooK Extension of your choice! No minimums, no restrictions!

If the referred purchase is cancelled before dispatch or does not meet eligibility requirements, referral rewards may not be granted.

No, self-referrals are not permitted. Referral codes are intended to help share the NooK joy with your friends and families. We already have such great support via word of mouth referrals that we wanted an opportunity to thank our loyal customers for spreading the word!

New customers (the ones being referred by you) are limited to one $50 voucher per transaction with a minimum spend of $495.

Exisiting customers who successfully refer a new customer will receive a $50 voucher that can be added together and used towards a purchase of their choice. Your Referral rewards can be viewed on your Customer Accounts Profile page!

Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
